When you register for this event, the information collected about you will be processed for the following purposes:

The conference organising committee (UMR5281 ART-Dev) attached to the CNRS and the University Paul-Valéry Montpellier3, located rue du Professeur Henri Serre, F-34000 Montpellier artdev@univ-montp3.fr or +33 4 11 75 71 07),

 To the CNRS Data Protection Officer, dpd.demandes@cnrs.fr.

Personal data are collected and processed for the following purpose:

• Attendance management,
• The setting up of a programme and logistics adapted to the registered public,
• Informing the public in case of programme changes (postponement, cancellation, place, time...).

The legal basis for the processing is:

•    The data subject consents to the processing of his/her personal data
